New customers or customers who have never used Nick’s Customer Portal can access https://nicks.myservicetitan.com/login and click “Request an Invitation” below the login box. Nick’s will send an email invitation to the address associated with your account. You can click the included link from that email, set a password, and start using the Portal immediately.

How Can I Request a Service Appointment?
Go to Nick’s Customer Portal webpage and open the Web Scheduler by clicking “Schedule an Appointment.” When the Web Scheduler welcome page pops up, you’ll be asked to choose a service and asked a few automated questions about your issue. Once you’ve entered your phone number and service address, you’ll be taken to the Scheduling screen, where you’ll select your desired date and time for service. You’ll receive an instant confirmation of your appointment via email or text –your choice.
