Please note that the Smart VIP membership (Minimum 24-month contract required) is subject to a cancellation fee of $120 per system if terminated before the end of the contract term. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with the cancellation and equipment cost recovery. Nick’s Cash cannot be used to offset this fee. Customers wishing to cancel must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the desired cancellation date. There will be no prorated refund for any unused portion of the membership fee. Workmanship Warranty Disclaimer
The workmanship warranty covers repair services for a period of one year. Please note that this workmanship warranty does not extend to any equipment or materials used.
Visits Disclaimer
There are 2 HVAC visits and 1 plumbing visit per year. The HVAC visits are specifically for a condenser refresh. Please note that the number and type of visits can be modified at the company’s discretion.
Discounts Disclaimer
Receive 10% off on all service repairs. Special discounts are available on qualifying equipment only. Nick’s Plumbing and Air Conditioning reserves the right to determine which equipment qualifies for special discounts.
Camera Inspection Disclaimer
Each customer is entitled to one camera inspection per year as part of their benefits. This inspection must be specifically requested by the customer. It is not automatically scheduled and requires the customer’s initiative to arrange it within the year.
Battery Changes Disclaimer
Battery changes for your Smart VIP device are available for an additional fee. Nick’s Plumbing and Air Conditioning can perform the battery change at your location. Nick’s Cash may be used to cover the cost of this service. This ensures your device remains functional and reliable with minimal effort on your part.
As a valued VIP member, you receive priority service for all HVAC and water heater monitoring and leak issues. Please be aware that our call volume may increase significantly during inclement weather. Rest
assured, as a VIP member, your service requests will be prioritized over those of non-members. While we strive to respond quickly, some delays may still occur because of the high demand. We appreciate your understanding and continued trust in our services.
