William was great to work with. Listened to what I had done already trying to find the problem with the shower drain. Discussed options to identify problem without repeating work I had done. Found unexpected drain line problems when tunneling to shower drain tiein to main. Discussed expanding tunneling scope without any pressure to expand scope. Glad I decided to expand scope as bathtub drain was in worse condition than the shower drain. William agreed to suspend tunnel refill while I decided if I wanted to expand scope further. Third party leak detection company found another leak. Cost of third party was deducted from cost of additional work as Nicks could not provide the service.

William will be glad to hear your feedback! It's great to know he took the time to listen and discuss options with you regarding your shower drain. Finding those unexpected problems can be a hassle, but it sounds like he handled it all without any pressure. Expanding the scope was a smart move, especially since you discovered the bathtub drain was in worse shape. We're here for any future plumbing needs!

Nick's plumbing comes through every! Single! Time!!! Nick's has followed us to our 2nd house, on the other side of Houston. If you want your work to be done well, the first time around, this is who you contact. Nick's has always been able to send out a technician/plumber to take a look at the issue, and it doesnt matter if I call them first thing in the morning or 5 mins before they close. I also know exactly whos coming to my house, and at what time. The service, the communication, the level of transparency and the level of professionalism is unmatched.

I was in a pinch I needed a bar sink faucet replaced. I went online and tried to order it, but they said it was two weeks out. I called Nick’s, They had the thing installed in less than six hours. Luis was Phenomenal. He found the part went and got it came back and we were in business. Thank you Nick’s! Job well done.
